Return for Exchange
- If you are unhappy with your unused products and wish to exchange them for a different size, color or product you can do so for up to 21 days from placing your order. After your items are returned, ACTA will place a new order with the correct product.
- ACTA will charge a $5 fee for exchanges.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, no stains (i.e. deoderant, make-up and even animal hair/fur) with tags still attached. Any Items that do have any of these will be deamed defective.
- If your item is a Final Sale Item you will not be allowed Return for Exchange.
If your order/item(s) was a PRE-ORDER and our returns portal isn't processing your return it most likely because the portal will only work within 21 days of when you PURCHASED your order. All Pre-Orders have a return policy of 21 days from when the order was SHIPPED. If you wish to return your item for exchange, in-store credit or a refund please reach out to our Customer Support team by emailing email@example.com. Our Customer Care Team will be able to manually return your item(s).
International orders that are wanting to be returned for an exchange will have to pay for any additional shipping and customs fees.
We will not send back any items that are deemed defective.
