Processing a Return
We try to make processing returns as easy as we can for our customers. As long as your order is within the policy guidelines, you can generate a return and you will be emailed a shipping label. To process a return please visit our return portal and enter:
- Your email you used to place your order
- Your order number (found on top of your order email confirmation)

If your order/item(s) was a PRE-ORDER and our returns portal isn't processing your return it most likely because the portal will only work within 21 days of when you PURCHASED your order. All Pre-Orders have a return policy of 21 days from when the order was SHIPPED. If you wish to return your item for exchange, in-store credit or a refund please reach out to our Customer Support team by emailing email@example.com. Our Customer Care Team will be able to manually return your item(s).
