Processing a Return

We try to make processing returns as easy as we can for our customers. As long as your order is within the policy guidelines (Refer below), you can generate a return and you will be emailed a shipping label. To process a return please visit our return portal and enter:

  1. Your email you used to place your order
  2. Your order number (found on top of your order email confirmation)

 Our return policy lasts 21 days of the order being sent. But, if you ordered between Nov 22nd & Dec 20th 2020, your order will only be eligible for return for exchange or store credit. You will not be eligible for a return for a refund.

If your order is marked as "FINAL SALE" no return (Refund or Exchange) will be allowed.

If you are outside of these dates the following applies:

If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your order/item(s) was a PRE-ORDER and our returns portal isn't processing your return it most likely because the portal will only work within 21 days of when you PURCHASED your order. All Pre-Orders have a return policy of 21 days from when the order was SHIPPED. If you wish to return your item for exchange, in-store credit or a refund please reach out to our Customer Support team by emailing hello@actawear.com. Our Customer Care Team will be able to manually return your item(s).
