Returns for Refund

Our return policy lasts 21 days of the order being sent. But, if you ordered between Nov 22nd & Dec 20th 2020, your order will only be eligible for return for exchange or store credit. You will not be eligible for a return For Refund.

If your order is marked as "FINAL SALE" no Return for Refund or Exchange will be allowed.

If you are outside of these dates the following applies:

If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

  • If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 21 days from placing your order for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. ACTA is not responsible for covering these shipping costs & will charge a $9 fee.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, no stains (i.e. deoderant, make-up and even animal hair/fur) with tags still attached. Any Items that do have any of these will be deamed defective.

If your order/item(s) was a PRE-ORDER and our returns portal isn't processing your return it most likely because the portal will only work within 21 days of when you PURCHASED your order. All Pre-Orders have a return policy of 21 days from when the order was SHIPPED. If you wish to return your item for exchange, in-store credit or a refund please reach out to our Customer Support team by emailing Our Customer Care Team will be able to manually return your item(s).
Any returned item deemed defective will not be processed and the customer will not receive a refund or be able to have the items sent back.
