If you have ordered the wrong size, color, or product we are able to change your order as long as the package has not already been fulfilled. We will not be able to change your order to a product that is not in stock. You will be responsible to cover the difference of price on products you're exchanging as well as the shipping label cost ($5).
Vice versa, we will send a refund for anything changed that is less expensive than what you originally paid for.
